This is by far the best purchase I've made on all store!I received my order within 4 days which is so fast. i love my wig. It's so silky and soft.I got so many compliment with this hair.My friends said I looded totally different.LOL.Very happy with it.Also Lillian is so patient to answer all my questions.And updated the tracking number and follow the whole order to make sure I received and like the hair.She deserve 10 stars for great customer service. They definitely have got a returning customer me.

I bought this wig for my mum and was very impressed with the service. Lillian contacted me the same day that I ordered to make sure that all of the details were correct (length, colour, etc) and gave perfect customer service. I ordered it on the Monday evening and it arrived in the UK on Friday. The wig was 16 inches but looked longer, the hair on one side of the part was slightly raised so my mum used hair straighteners and it sorted it out. She has been putting rollers in overnight to curl the ends as she didn't want to keep on applying heat and it does really look lovely on her. I asked Lillian a couple of questions since having the wig and she came back to me just as fast as before. I really am happy with the product and the vendor.

- Has anyone gone swimming in this hair? Does it tangle a lot?
I have not tried swimming in this hair, don't think its a good idea though
- How do this wig hold up? Does it tangle and shed?
Lexise the wig does shed very little. I have had it for about a month, and had it spiral curled for my wedding. It even lasted through the heat in Punta Cana. I plan to buy it again.
- Can heat applied to this wig? Can a curling iron be used??
Yes, I've used a flat iron on my wig.

The difference is there are no tracks of hair. The hair is just like the front all the way to the back. Meaning you can part the hair anywhere you want.
- Are the knots bleached?
